I'm privileged to work with Purvee, she's a dynamic leader with a compelling transformative vision. Purvee not only has a good tactical and operational ability, she also integrates a transformational element into her organization's efforts and that elevates what could be "business as usual" into a mission - to meet the company's sourcing objectives, to exceed stakeholders' expectations, and in addition to that, to move sourcing operations into "best-in-class", and that's inspiring. She has a great touch with setting stretch goals which have just enough stretch to be achievable, which motivates team members to aspire to meeting that bar, even in the face of significant workload. Purvee is also personable and enjoyable to work with, always a pleasure in a leader, and that too helps motivate team members toward meeting those stretch goals; team members not only respect Purvee, they like her, and that's a powerfully-motivating combination.
